Why raise money?
All around the world there are people in need of our assistance. From the person next door to people on the other side of the planet; tragedy and hardship are not partial to anyone. The question is, what can or will you do to help? We have recognized a dire need for assistance in Haiti. Haiti is the poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. We are the Hope for Haiti Foundation and we are taking the necessary steps to help relieve the people of Haiti from illiteracy, repression, sickness, malnutrition, homelessness, and suffering.
With your financial support and prayers we are helping the people in the remote villages of Haiti by building a school, training and supporting Haitian teachers and medical personnel, and soon we shall begin construction of a hospital. The village of Zorangé in Bainet, Haiti is where we are currently focusing our attention. Yet when we annually send a team of medical, educational and spiritual professionals to Zorangé, we receive Haitians who travel from many miles away to get help.
The education we are providing the people in the clinic will help them take better care of themselves physically, and the education we are providing the children in our school will help them improve their lives, allowing them to develop their country. Together we can make a difference. Won't you help us spread hope and improve the lives of people desperately in need of your love and compassion?
